GSL-25 Track Mounted Type Dry Suction Sand Blasting Machine mainly consists of a main unit, a roller, a process oscillation device, a spiral dust extractor, an electrical control box and a dust extractor.

 

Operating Principle:

 

1. Open the cabinet door, put the work pieces into the cabinet.

 

2. Close the cabinet door, switch on the machine to let the roller to run positively.

 

3. Start the process gun oscillation device, the media is blasted out.

 

4. When the preestablished time is finished, sand blasting movement stop.

 

5. Air jetting movement starts to work.

 

6. When the preestablished time is finished, the air jetting movement stops, the process gun oscillation device stop to work, the roller in turn stop.

 

7. The work pieces are sent out of the cabinet.

 

a. when opening the door, the switch turns the roller running reversely, the work pieces are sent out of the cabinet.

 

b. after all the work pieces are sent out , stop the roller.

 

8. Close the cabinet door.

 

Circulation of Media:

 

1.  The media that blasted out drops to the storing hopper through the holes on the roller strap.

 

2.  The media in the hopper is suctioned by the spiral dust extractor through recycling pipe.

 

3.  The spiral separator filters the dusts from the media.

 

4.  The spiral separator recycles the filtered media to the process gun again.
