The late-model SS-0623 wet blast unit is designed for the wet blast processing, driven by media pump and compressed air, of those parts which need a good finish.

 The machine is capable of processing the rough part surfaces-knocking off oxide, remaining salt and burr from casting or forging blanks, weldments and those parts having been heat-treated, punched or machined.It is suitable not only for the surface preparation for electro-plating and painting, but also for fulfilling the smooth finishing of those parts which have higher precision and smoothness and are grotesque in shape. And renovation is one of the machines capabilities.

 The machine can also operate with glass beads as media to harden part surface, serving the function of cold-work hardening.

2. Feature

Generally speaking, their roughness values can be lowered by 1step than before processing. Part surfaces even can be finished to achieve a smoothness of 0.3 with the part surfaces hardened after processing, their resistance to wear and fatigue strength can be increased.
